Talks & Keynote Topics:

The stories that stay with an audience are the ones that come from somewhere real.

I speak about what happens when conditions become demanding and the outcome is uncertain. Some of those moments happened offshore, in heavy weather or long stretches of ocean where every decision carried weight. Others happened while building companies, navigating financial pressure, setbacks and the kind of doubt that arrives when you are trying to move something forward that does not want to move easily.

Different environments, but often the same human reality. What those experiences teach you about staying steady, keeping direction and making decisions without panic is what I bring to the stage.

I speak for companies, universities and professional groups. The aim is always the same: stories people recognise giving lessons they can use.
